Q: What is DERAD's manufacture time? A: 30-45 days after the confirmation of deposit and drawing.
Q: What is the payment terms? A: Normally, 30%-50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.
Q: Will we need to install the glass(onsite glazing)or does DERAD's products come with the glass installed? A: Glass is normally installed at factory based on windows/doors dimension to ensure the quality of the
products. Onsite glazing is only recommended for extremely large sized products.
Q:What is DERAD's warranty? A: DERAD provides a 7 years warranty. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality. A refund and compensation is claimable when major failure has occurred due to our responsibility.
